This website was started by Ice Sailing Organisations around the Baltic Sea as part of the Junior Ice Sailing Programme. The purpous is to support youth and junior ice sailing in Europe and to provide an information network for young ice sailors worldwide. The website is supported by the Swedish Ice Sailing Federation.
